Good day, Emortalboy.

You can earn tokens by completing offers or you need to pay real money in order to get it. Free Offers like surveys, adding a featured application, joining a certain site for free or installing or downloading games. I tried them and it works!
Buying tokens to exchange for FFS coins needs valid credit card. You can use your Paypal, Sparechange, and others.
