If you have lost any FFS cash, please file a ticket to our Helpers so that they could personally assist your needs. To validate your account, be sure to post your FFS Link, the Estimated Amount of Lost, and the Date and Time it occurred.

To open a ticket, please proceed at our Support Center, then click on Submit a ticket.

FFS is currently experiencing technical difficulties on their database servers. The FFS engineering team is aware on it and working out to solve these issues. As a result, you may encounter problems about:

- GIFT SHOP
- MISSING CASH
- BLANK/ERROR PAGES
- PET CHORE
