Blank pages, garbled pages (CSS), malfunctioning pages (JS)... aren't all these problems related ?
I'm pretty sure I'm not alone to have those problems with FFS. When I looked at

it all became quite clear
- garbled pages are the result of fetching errors on CSS stylesheets
- dysfunctional pages (can't buy and such) are the result of fetching errors on scripts
- blank pages, well... obviously
But the question remains (for you, SB developers): who's responsible ? Facebook ? Your provider ? Your servers ?
And more importantly, what is being done to solve it ? In that thread, some participants mentioned that most "big" applications on Facebook moved from Canvas to iFrame ? Is such a plan being considered ?

Okay, these might work as a temporary solution (since they do for some people, I know they don't for everyone):
-for most people chores do actually work, it's just the visual part that doesn't. So select a pet, a chore and a friend and click work, okay and there you go. (whether you see things selected or not, they are, so only click once for each thing!)
-for buying replace show with buy_from_feed_form in the profile url, it's not convenient, but it works faster

merely is due to the update of the new interface and the code that FFS and FB release... but similar things happened before when FB did not do any updates..
so i guess, FFS do held the highest responsibility.. at the same time, as the developer code of conduct, they have the responsibility to provide supports to their app and keep them running... if any change made through FB they have to keep themselves alert and make the change accordingly to fix the issue...

Chng please read the posted problem, it has something to do with facebook itself on how they manage appearance of each registered application. I its more on developer part. I think submitting a ticket wont help as it only concerns within FFS or simply the game itself. He only want's to know the action of FFS team regarding this FB bug.

Please at least try to read the problem first... you are not in a race to post as much as your what so called please create a ticket... This is an open diccusion.. for all player who have the same issue... are you telling everyone who have the same issue submit a ticket? are you trying to overload the system?

Ticket usually is for odd and weird issues that happen to particular player.. but not as the entire FFS as a whole...

Inappropriate?This problem has been for a while, and right now it's worse than ever!! Normally it resolves after a few tries, since the failed catch to cash are retried after 10 seconds.. now nothing seems to happen.
Please FFS devs, look at what can be done!! And in worst case, inline it!!

I'm a developer myself. I'm sorry, but if some problems appear in my applications that would require my intervention, my boss will contact me, during the weekend as well... That's just no excuse.
Anyway, I opened this thread asking for information, not a solution. I understand that they probably can't solve it rapidly, but at least, I'd like to know what is exactly happening and what are the plans to get out of this mess. -

Inappropriate?I'm having a problem with my FFS. I had a "2" FFS acct under 1 FB acct. Is this possible? And the problem wass no one can't buy back my my high value/original acct. The lower acct (or should I say bug) was the one being bought instead of my ORIGINAL value??? And whenever i check FFS, all i see was white. The page doesn't load that's why i can't see a thing... just white.

That's interesting... Opening my own profile is slow for sure, but I get it (most of the times). But I cannot open your profile...
One of the obvious differences is simply that my account is quite old (2 years), while yours is recent if I understand correctly...
Could it be that some lazy programmer wrote a dirty piece of code with a linear search algorythm that doesn't scale properly ? That would be so awesomely ridiculous !
Bella, what is the link to your Facebook profile (not the FFS one), I'd like to see if there is any issues for me to access it. If not, then we have proof that the problem is located at FFS (granted, we're almost certain already and that doesn't help much, but as said, I'm curious...) -

Inappropriate?I have the blank page issue at login to FFS...I log on facebook fine but when attempting to enter FFS I receive a blank screen and that's as far as I get. I have tried to do the suggestions to try and correct this problem but none of them made any difference. I can't log on FFS....:( started 3 days ago for me...the garbled pages were before that. I have updated my browser and tried logging on my account via a different computer...nothing works. :( -
