Banned - Private - Unistalled Pets
Hi to all
I have an idea that i posted in the main page of FFS but ok... no answer..
So.. we all know how bad is when a pet of yours get banned or private or even unistalls the application
You have a worthless pet in your wall without pic and you are not able to invest this money.
And that is bad. very bad.
More bad is that latetly Facebook acts crazy by deleting many people from facebook
and with that many great players
Those players have owners and pets .. and that means that they get "orfan" or without pet (the owners)
you see how many posts with.. pls help us bring back... etc. are posted in FFS those days
and we are talking about billions . too many cash and too many players.
The hole FFS is very apsed with all this and afraid to make any move
I think that FFS must do something about that. not bring back the deleted acc that for sure is not possible. but there must be a sollution about the banned - private - unistalled - deleted pets
(Personally i have paid for Tokens and if my acc will be deleted for no reason from FB means that i will loose everything in FFS too.. well that is a shame. And believe me .. many people buy tokens)
And my owner will loose a friend .. and a pet (6b value)
So my idea is ... to make a bank !
FFS must make a bank for those pets. that the owner could sell them there with 30% or 40% fee
or something like that.
That could help people to invest their cash again to active pets
and contiue play the game
You are gonna tell me that then some people are going to that with fakes acc etc.
well there is a solution about that too. if a private or unistalled pet ( etc)
is inactive for more than a week or so. will be banned . and only then can the owner sell it to the "bank" .. so the pet cant return and have profite out this.
Simple to say.. only banned pets could be sold in the bank. and only private inactive pets that are not online for more than a week or 2 or 3. will be banned.
What do you think about that?
Sorry for my English :)
hope you like my idea and do something about it coz its really bad when you cant play or be afraid to bid or hold a pet
thank you for your time :)

Inappropriate?the Idea in general is cool.HFS Has it,,for 40% return on value,for uninstalled pets.point is,how to avoide ppl from cheats,,but,in general,a 40
% fee sounds fair enough for that.

Why should people who have been scamed in the game pay such a steep price. In the real world no purchase can be made w/o papers being drawn up and signed and both parties beeing in agreement to the purchase. This game is nothing like real life and is therefore the fault of FFS that so many people are scammed so easily in this game now. I think that a sliding percentage could be given to the bank w/inactive pets paying the highest percentage and deleted accounts paying the lowest percentage. 10%-30% scale. -
I have a pet that got deleted and is private, for 10 months now! if it wasnt for the working possibility to still make money with him, id be even more pissed, but id be happy to sell him away, as I bought him in the first place just to 'raise his value' .. well bummer for me.. -
Inappropriate?I think FFS did some kind of refund for private pets 1 year ago, they should consider that option.

Inappropriate?Yeah FFS used to be fun now its just people getting banned and people getting scammed!
-
Inappropriate?almost all of my pets went private to day , i dont know what to do as i have not been on as long as alot of you guys..grrrrrrrrr how can i sell private pets ?
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Half the value is quit fair ..
For inactives over 1 month, %50 back ! Why not ..Sticking to an inactive expensive pet is socially & economically really disappointing.
There is no way man would keep on playing forever, there should be away to withdrew at some point, and without harming the ones who helped them..
Like having a pet for 5 billions who does not wish to keep going on. You can't oblidge them to play and they can't afford themselves and achieve someone to achieve them.
What to do ? Ain't enough you paid 5 billions already and now like they never existed ? that would lead the owner's frustration to want to quit the game also as well as the pet ..Specially when feeling lonely they can't buy someone in place hmmf..
And Chrysa your english is really good! ;))

I do not agree for inactive pets but Yes for pets that go private or banned... Banned should actually be fully re-embursed actually. -
Inappropriate?I completely agree with this idea and the reasoning behind everyone's response.
I’m hopeful
-
Inappropriate?another idea is to just to bombard FB with demands to fix the growing hacker problem that YOU ALL KNOW is causing major problems for your game. When FFS players wake up everyday to find 40%-60% of their pets have been banned from FB (and FFS) because FB believes that hackers have stolen a player's account, your game (and all that real cash) is gone. Facebook is not deleting players randomly. They are deleting players who they think are hackers. For the unititiated, the hacking scheme involves someone who invites a person to join an app and then asks them to supply their e-mail address and password to their account, then they steal their account. FB can do nothing about this (yet!). They can only suspect it when there is a massive change of value or cash in your pet... or you overuse your inbox. Stupid stuff, but that's how the ball is bouncing now. So... FFS... if FB cannot come up with a solution to block hackers and ruin your game, then I think Chrysa has a nice solution. Terri and the other FFS employees might do some good by taking some of that money you award yourself and make it right for all the players who play honestly and who aren't stupid enough to hand out sensitive personal info to strangers.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?as a long time player this debate has been going on for years but the best soloution is this
Banned players
well It takes a helper to FFS ban a pet so simple soloution they ban and the buy at value and place on there wall we can count the scalps then:)
For Private and FB banned pets
old agument here again simple soloution is the inactivity once a pet has sat inactive for 10 weeks a sell buttion appears and it is sold at value to a helper now if that pet reactivates on a helpers wall it cannot play unless a player buys it from the helpers wall all they can do is wall message to be bought this would prevent abuse and all u have to do is wait the 10 weeks to sell it
This also would allow a exit stratigy if someone decided not to play anymore on your dash board u could have a good bye button click that you are bought by a helper and u cannot play agin till you are bought back from the helper of course the 10 week delay factor again would apply to prevent pepole constructing alts and bidding the up to cash in on the helper
this I think is the best soloution
Visit My wall http://apps.facebook.com/friendsforsa...
-
Inappropriate?buy at own risk.. coz i notice most of the big players are using fakes. :)) ... so it is not fair for them to do bid war, and rise the price high and sold as inactive.
-
many of them buy and raise to max too, aim for their friends to reset for profit. if a person gets tired of the game, they should have the absolute rights to uninstall the app, this is call friends for sale, private only will shown on non-friend's wall.
but as for a ban, we can talk about the refund! -
Inappropriate?Another thing is that FB delete Acc for the picture that users have (to sell better) . like models or cartoons etc. (i dont speak about the bikini girls or pictures with nudity)...
For that to avoid, we should be able to change our photo in FFS but not in FB too. We can keep our picture in FB and have an other to FFS. That would be better . coz many players are deleted for their pic (not nudity)
Think about that too.
Thank you
-
i like this idea a lot ;) -
Then people would use fake picture more... Not good! -
Inappropriate?FFS needs to do something to compensate for banned pets, I lost 1/2 of my money on a banned pet. I would cost no actual $ for FFS to reimburse people, but yet they expect people to pay money for tokens. Get real, they need to have a simple concept in mind, It called customer service. I do not believe it would be that hard to program into the app an "If" statement that would do some of the things mentioned in this thread to keep their customers from getting frustrated, or maybe they just don't care!

Inappropriate?I am stuck with so many pets like this- private- not able for anyone to buy!!!!
BIllions
I have played fair and I get really pissed when the developers just ignore this problem!
I asked a friend to try to buy- and that was not possible.
So please let us have the fun again!

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, I have sent multiple tickets to support regarding this issue and All I get back is "Sorry we can't" which means "Sorry but we won't" I really don't think the developers understand the concept of customer service. I may continue to play but I will not purchase any tokens or use any of the offers to get tokens. Basically, I will not help put money in these guys pockets, until they realize that to have customers, you have to treat them right!
-
Inappropriate?Good idea. I bought a pet for 27million + and immediately she went private. Some people don't even know there picture is on Friends for Sale and when you buy a new pet it is inactive. I have one that wants to be taken off and I don't blame her. People should not be put on there without knowing about it. I had several like that and I have several inactive pets. They didn't even know they were in Friends for Sale. That is not right for either party. Then you have a pet without the game installed and only a friend can buy them. If they are new without many friends you are stuck with and inactive pet who is hard to sell. Not fair to anyone.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?I'm with Jim and the "sorry we can't" excuse especially after Terri Helper's blunder that she can give herself a raise with fake money and play the game and buy/raise her own pets with that fake money at her disposal, but she can also "manipulate" (her words) other player's money however she wants, with trillions of dollars at her disposal. And she's an employee who collects a salary. And she REFUSES to call this a conflict of interest. She works for a company called Serious Business, which makes money off all of us, but continues to reiterate that she must give herself far more money than most of us will ever have to play the game to understand it and everyone's issues.
I ran this one by my Hedge Fund manager husband and he had one word "B*llshit." No employee of Serious Business should actually play one of their games. Period.

Inappropriate?great idea, but the 30 or 40 % is not enough, it should be sold to the bank with at least 80 % of its value, i think that s more fair,
-
Inappropriate? Why ban ? Good idea but, why ban ? Im a constant player, but there may be a time i wont play for awhile. Im gonna get an operation for my knee this december and it might be awhile for me to use the computer, i might be in the hospital for some weeks, and i would not like it if i come back to FFS and find myself banned.
I’m Decided but not happy with the ban part.
-
Inappropriate?I don't pay real money and I've only got a couple of these 'problem pets', so it isn't as much of an issue to me as it to some of you.
But I just put them to work, after a while they will have made you more from working than they would have if they got bought (much more than the 50% talked about above). At this point you can either keep working them or release them. OK this will take longer to get the cash back than with a good sale, but as nobody is likely to buy a dead pet you can work them indefinitely. The only problem I see with this is for people who have very few pets, but after you are a little way into double (or treble) numbers, it's just a side issue. Don't forget the more the are worth the more cash they make for working too.
1 person thinks
this is one of the best points
-
That also promotes more fakes and adds to the problem , as these fakes when you work them make money for someone that put them there.. -
I'm with Curt. I lost half of my pets in one night, most of whom had at least reached achievement. I had a choice: I could release them all or keep working them for 3mil/day. I consulted with a veteran player and he advised me to keep them all and keep working them. No harm, no foul. Yes, they mess up my wall, but my goal is to one day have enough cash to release them. That is still far in the future, but I really don't mind. Right now... it's just free money.
Other than that, there IS a way to sell fake/private/banned/uninstalled pets and that is through "Hot Buys," but you need to have a willing buyer set up ahead of time before you put them on sale there. I have only seen this done once. A devoted pet bought one of her owner's banned pets there. He probably talked her into buying his 2.5 bil banned pet by saying she's a lay-up for a daily profit, which she still is. Doubtful that someone who lost 6 or more 1-2 bil pets could find that many devoted friends or pets to buy the mess on their wall. It worked for him because she was just one of his many pets who were banned and he collects "models" so a "private" on his wall doesn't look too good for biz.
Anyway, my question is: Do you want the cash or a pretty wall or do you want the cash to rebuild your pretty wall? Just do the math and see which outcome works best for your situation. -
Inappropriate?Very good idea ... I totally agree ... I hope they take your advice.. Something has to change , game is getting to be not as fun ..
I’m happy
-
Inappropriate?Agree Dear.. Good Idea.
-
Inappropriate?About banned pet, if they are banned by FFS then there should be compensation for that. The buyer did nothing to cause the ban. The game made the decision based on another player's actions and as such should remove the pet and give the pet owner a refund.
About deleted Facebook accounts, this can be done without hacking anyone and the problem is that the computer automatically removes some accounts based on rejections, blocks and reports to Facebook. Too many all at once and you are gone. FFS is partially at fault if in honesty the deleted person simply kept asking people to add them and the people saw it as harassment. FFS recommend players do this so they are at fault for doing so. The rules concerning platforms tell FFS this as relates to privacy. On the other hand, Facebook approved this platform and knows that when one person enters the game all of that person's friends enter the game as well. The blame is at least shared by all. So, FFS should give a rebate here because it is most likely people cheating that causes most of these deletions and not a facebook rules violation
Private or uninstalled pets, that is a tough one in that anyone can do this and it does effect the game but it is not avoidable. It could be paid for by FFS but in this case the best thing to do is release the pet and take the loss. Sorry but that is the reason the rules favor this. It is not the game's fault or the players fault. It simply happens.
So I would agree with the the sentiments offered here but only to the point that people should not be penalized for other people cheating.

Id like to get my money back but i cant !!
I just bought another fake because of a nickname, and they made their profile but later change and delete comments !!
I'd like to get the money back and if you just work them, it encourages more fakes into the community -
Inappropriate?Something needs to be done! My husband and I are considering quitting because of the cheating, people following different rules, fake pets, uninstalled pets and pets that go private or change their picture after you buy them. The game is getting to be more frustrating than it is fun. I would rather spend my time working a game for charity than playing and buying tokens on FFS just to be scammed. The groups may be legal but what if you are new or don't know anyone in a group to join. The game is unequal to the people that way. I didn't have one friend when I joined. I have a few now but have not met anyone who is in a group or will admit they are in a group where you can trade and etc. I really think we should spend our time on something better and more worthwhile and help people at the same time.
It makes me feel sad because it could be a great game and at one time I heard it was. Everyone talks about how it has gone downhill. Why can't it be part of a charity also like many other games. It takes up so much of your time and it would be nice to be able to help someone else at the same time.
I’m frustrated, sad, confused
-
I've also considered quitting due to the people buying pets I don't want them to buy, the harassment from one player who bought me when I don't want him to, and he stole my pet that I had just bought from the "Hot Buys" section, then he put me on sale and I commented that I didn't like that and don't want contact with him, I got a new owner then he bought me again, calling me "uncooperative" and insulting me........so I told him "please leave me alone" It's a shame that you've appeared to make-up your own set of rules for FFS, but I can assure you that you will get better results if you learn to cooperate a little more. You put several of your pets 'on-sale' every single day. What does that do to their value each time that you do that?? Lowers it? Well, you certainly shouldn't write me 'hate-mail' because I put you 'on-sale'. Plus, as you're about to learn, it's better to play nice than to upset your 'owner'. Have a nice day, Rachel"........because of him, the game's becoming not fun for me. All I wanted was to have fun.........and now I want no contact from him. -
@ Jeanna : Playing in groups is totally legal. However, like you, I have started with no friends been playing the game and I could reach to my targets most of the times with the givins I had. It is a matter of time & luck to meet the ones that could be your group ! Nothing comes fast, but all in all, everybody search for the good player, if you're a good player & trader, you will raise up high, trust me ..
@ Rachel : You can always ask a moderator (not a helper) to solve such your problem. And they do.
Good luck -
Inappropriate? It is good to see that the company is finally thinking about a change to help this situation. I quit playing a month ago because of this and the response from FFS was so sad, too bad, we won't do anything. I have two pets that changed to private within hours after I bought them and my money is tied into them so I have no money to play with.
It's amazing that FFS has taken this long to "consider" a solution. It would cost them no real $$ and helps keep people enjoying their game rather than getting frustrated with it. My only though is they think that people with this problem will just give them money for tokens, so their greed must be overshadowing their ability to see that it actually costs them real money in lost players. Just plain no understanding of the simple concept of customer service. I follow this thread to get comfort seeing FFS lose players because of their lack of business sense.
I’m pissed off
-
Inappropriate?Something definitely needs to be done about this issue...as stated, the cost to FFS is not in real dollars. Selling back banned and uninstalled pets for 40% or less of their value is quite acceptable, since at least some of the cash is recovered, while a lesson is learned.
The simple solution to make change? DO NOT BUY tokens or any other service from Serious Business. The very name of the company is laughable...serious business? How many of you have owned a business that consistently ignores serious issues that affect many players. Most people do not have to deal with this kind of problem in REAL life, so they do not have any experience with this kind of thing in a game environment. Serious Business is DELIBERATELY taking advantage of people's naivete, and making money while doing it...
This is not to say that users themselves don't play a part in this...I mean, come on people...do you really think that a model in a skimpy bikini actually has the desire or time to play a stupid GAME? Let alone literally HUNDREDS of them? This is the only defense that I can offer on behalf of the company...why should they pay for the stupidity and greed of people who really should think before they purchase someone that would never even speak to them in real life...

I am doing my best to try and raise money but I am not very good at it, I seem to buy all the wrong pets lmao!! COME ON FFS, LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS!!
I’m sad

Are you working this uninstalled pet every day? Because you can, and if you do, you will make 3mil/day and at that rate it will take you one year to replace that 1 bil pet. Just because a pet is private/uninstalled/banned doesn't mean you can't work them. In the meantime, the pets who trade the fastest are those who cost under 25k... and most likely lower than that. If you have a good trade group or if people respect your "eye" in this game, you can get a trading frenzy started over the most worthless pet. I've kicked myself in the butt several times by starting a frenzy over a 5k pet, made one or two trades, then came back an hour later to find out she's reached 100K!! Trust your gut. You'll be fine. -
Inappropriate?Hm... i'm sure that will be really nice for those who play the fair game... but it's already known that there are billions of fake profiles made to earn profits... if the sistem will refund for uninstalled/unactive or any other kind of pets people won't only earn on raising a fake pet... and then leaving it like unactive but also on getting a refund!!!! just stop buying and selling fake pets and buy only those who at least answer to your post.... usually the don't leave the game without advertising you first!!!!

So fake pets that you set up and run yourself, are active and respond to posts are ok?
Meanwhile, the fake pets that are disabled can be resold in "Hot Buys." You just need to find a willing buyer. A lot of fake pets have a lot of rich assets that anyone would be happy to buy, -

Inappropriate? On January 12, 2010 most of my pets went Private overnight. Altogether, I now have 49 Private pets worth 25 BILLION dollars. I strongly believe the FFS Developers should allow refunds on pets who go Private. I started playing FFS for 3 reasons.
1. to make new friends from around the world.
2. to acquire a collection I could be proud of and enjoy seeing
3. to increase my value by playing the game honestly and honourably.
Now after hundreds of hours of playing FFS, of making countless trades, of endless hours of working my pets, and after being involved in numerous resets, I am left with a largely useless wall of mainly Private pets. Many of my pets who have gone Private, especially the more expensive pets, were my closest FFS friends and trading partners. Most of them had been with me for at least a year and some much longer. Most of them were active FFS players who were nice, friendly people. I don't know why they all disappeared overnight. Some of them had become regular Facebook friends of mine and their profiles have been deleted.
If you're reading this take a look at my collection. This could happen to you. How would you feel if your collection that you had carefully built up over hundreds of hours of playing suddenly disappeared overnight? I ask you to copy and paste this message to as many FFS moderators and FFS players as possible. Post it in the forums. If enough FFS players complain, maybe the developers will finally do something to solve the Private pet problem. This is the link to my FFS page:

My bet is that your pets do not understand the recent privacy settings that recently changed on FB and your pets/friends left their old privacy settings in place. Tell them to go here: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%... and change all the answers to "no." They will instantly become visable and active again. -
Hi Leslie. It is possible that the privacy settings is part of the problem. However, how can you contact your pets once they go Private? When they are Private, you can no longer post on their FFS wall. Secondly, some of my pets were regular Facebook friends of mine, and their entire Facebook accounts have been deleted, so it is not a privacy settings issue for all my pets. Thank you for your suggestion. -

Ah.. My assumption was that they just went private. In that case, you could have just gone to their FB wall, gotten their e-mail address from their Profile page and sent them an email about the privacy settings. BUT, since you say some of their FB accounts are deleted, then they either uninstalled themselves, the FFS game or FB disabled their accounts. However, for those who do remain, you may still want to try contacting them by e-mail or send a message to them via their FB page. -

Inappropriate?why does no mod is participating in this kind of issue? this is really important. please do immediate response for this.

Inappropriate?Because the Mods have already publicly ruled against the idea. It isn't going to happen.
I’m not surprised.

I contacted about 20 moderators individually concerning the private pet problem on FFS. Only 2 moderators even bothered to reply, and their main suggestion was just to post here. This was not the most helpful suggestion since, as noted above, there is already a public ruling here against the idea of refunds for private pets. I don't understand why the moderators and FFS developers continue to ignore this private pet problem when it is ruining FFS. I've received dozens of messages of support from regular FFS players on my FFS wall. Many of them have the same problem, and they have quit FFS over this issue. If any moderator or developer is reading this thread, please explain why nothing is being done. Please explain your ruling against refunds , and please explain what other ideas are being considered. I was passionate about playing FFS, but losing 26 BILLION dollars and most of my collection to Private pets has destroyed my enthusiasm for FFS. -
Wtf?you said they went private right?thats the point.THEY ARE PRIVATE.how can we contact pets which are already private?... jeez =.= -
Jeez Marv! WTF? 1) Go to your pet's FB page. Check to see if they are really private or if they have just been uninstalled from FB. If their FB page is still active, they just uninstalled from the FFS game. Assuming that's true, then just go to their FB profile page, get their e-mail address and contact them via e-mail and ask them politely why they quit, If they don't answer you, which they probably won't, then you know they are never going public again. Now you have to do the math and decide whether it is better to release them or work them more for the easy cash. You can always work a private, but how much you make off them f*cking you over, depends on ther value. It will take you one year to pay off a 1 bil pet at 300k/job. 2 years to pay of a 2 bil pet. Also consider that they may be hoping you release them, because they want a different owner, who will then be able to buy them at the cheapest price. If that's the case, call them on their bluff and make a deal with the pet and the potential new owner (and for Christ's Sake save all your correspondence with them), then sell your private pet in Hot Buys to their desired owner. The only way to sell privates is through Hot Buys, but you need to secure a trustworthy buyer first. Ask (if your petty private pet has one) and then ask for a promissary letter written publicly on your wall, that this person will buy your pet on Hot Buys. Then watch nothing happen, -
Inappropriate?@George, I recall giving you a certain reply, I can't remember what it was and can't find it back neither. I think I said I would talk about it with the developers. And I did, and I recently got an answer, being that refunds for privates won't be introduced at the moment because that would cause major inflation issues that couldn't be handled. They also said they were thinking about a solution, but didn't want to release much more than that.
But for starters, there aren't even 20 active moderators in Friends for Sale, the only active ones that will/can help are listed here: http://www.seriousblogging.uni.cc/moderators-and-helpers (if you need a Helper, the best way is to Submit a Ticket, I don't know if they check their walls often). (Sure you'll find other people with badges, the developers have badges too, but don't do in-game support).
But if you have ideas other than creating a new currency in the game to handle this, they're always ready to listen to your ideas...

Hi Claude. Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread. However many moderators there are, 20 or fewer, I sent messages to every one. Most did not even reply. For your information, when I first brought this matter to your attention 2 months ago, this was your reply:

They don't say much, they read it and don't react or say "not now...". I understand your story, Markus my colleague moderator is experiencing the exact same problem...
Will forward it tonight George,
take care.

As for the refunds, that's not up to me, I've asked it every time someone asks me, but it's up to the developers.
As for the disabled friends that's out of our league. We're not Facebook, so whenever Facebook decides to disable someone, they don't tell/ask us anything about that. FFS & Facebook are 2 different things, the only thing they have in common is that FFS is a game you can access through Facebook.
Sorry to hear you leave, I wish there was more I could do.

I appreciated your response then, and I appreciate it now.
Please understand my frustration at the perception that nothing is being done to resolve this. I am not privy to the other solutions that are being considered. To me, the response that refunds are not being considered because they would be too inflationary is insufficient. I've played FFS for hundreds of hours and the net result of all that work is a useless wall of private pets. How would you or anyone else feel if they were told they could not be compensated for hundreds of hours of work because it would be "inflationary". Refunds have been offered in the past, as recently as 2008 I believe, and FFS survived quite well.
My perception, whether it is accurate or not, is that the developers just don't care about us longtime, faithful FFS players. Claude, please take one more look at my collection. Should this be the net result for someone who has played the game faithfully for as long as I have?
I'm generally a positive, constructive person, so I would like to learn more about these other solutions that are being considered.
I think eveyone agrees that something should be done. -
Inappropriate?Something needs to be done,Why spend money and time on the game if stuff like this is allowed to happen and noone gets reimbursed the FFS money for the pet.I have 1 Private on my wall,Haven't heard from her for 2 months,I used to hear from her
every day!Just like finding a Pet you own ,there are 3 faces like hers with different names on at least 3 people's wall.If want to keep big collectors and players, need to address this problem and refund pet cost.

Inappropriate?Yes...I'd also like to know how to contact a private person on facebook, oh moderator geniuses :) What's that? You're just wasting our time here because EVERYONE on facebook knows that you can't contact someone who is private...except you people, I guess...starting to look like the moderators have about the same intelligence level as the developers. Maybe its time to boycott ALL serious business games until this issue is resolved, people!! We are here to play an honest game...looks like serious business doesn't involve honesty...just shut up and buy their product, sheep!
For those of you who would like to at least TRY to make a difference, join this group : http://www.facebook.com/fun2couple?re.... TOGETHER we CAN make a difference!!

You can always contact a private person on FB. Even though they are private to you, the option always remains for you or anyone to send the person a private message through a friend request. -
Inappropriate? To John: I understand your frustration and anger, but in defense of Serious Business, I believe The Mods cannot access private accounts. Why I don't know. Frankly I think a Mod should be able to investigate every account, but they say they do not have that much power. I confirmed this because I reported a trader who has at least two, maybe three fake accounts on FFS. One is private and the other has a profile pic of a car. Basically, this trader happens to be smart enough to hide his identity on both accounts. So what response did I receive from FFS after my report? Answer: "They could not prove this person had any fake accounts BECAUSE one of the accounts was private and they could not access it." Wow! So there you go! If you want to cheat on this game and have multiple accounts, just establish tons of private accounts! Thanks for the advice FFS!
I’m thankful
