Heidi EriksenRemoved I used Paypal to buy tokens to use of Friends For Sale on 5th March. My Paypal account was debited the money but the tokens were not received. I followed the appropriate links and send a message to Offerpal customer support. They responded on 7th March but have not responded since then and the tokens have still not been received. (i know its not much).. what was important to me was my pets though. I am an active user and i check almost everyday. However, one day, when i checked my profile, i was completely reset. $100,000 value and worse, no pets. I tried to report it in your page and i had no time to update it and so i just continued with my "new" profile. Then, i opened my profile just a while ago and found that u guyz updated and u found the problem. I was happy coz i thought i would access my "old and real" profile. but when i did, it showed that "YOU ARE BANNED FROM FRIENDS FOR SALE". I was like, "WHY????????????". I didn't do anything wrong. I mean, its a technical problem so please let me play the game again. I didn't try to hack or do anything that could offend people. Im hoping for your immediate action on this.
