We haven't been able to reproduce this issue on either Macs or PCs -- a few of us have tried with our own MXUs. Yes, it is ok to go ahead and change your password.

This issue is one that most members don't run into but when the scenario is properly created, you will see this incorrect behavior in terms of sharing which you have experienced. Doing what you are doing is a workaround definitely and we thank you for your patience with having to do this on your videos.
The good news is that this item may be resolved in the next 2 weeks in an upcoming build. Please feel free to contact us again here or write to us at support at motionbox dot com for any updates on this. We've made this one a biggest priority for resolving.

Hi,
We're sorry for any frustrations with uploading speeds. While these factors depend greatly on internet connection, file sizes and formats, we are working hard to improve the Motionbox Express Uploader with better timing esitmates and other features to help speed things up.

Thank you for your patience and do know that our team is working on handling these issues currently. Please let us know if you experience any better results next week later in the week when there should be a newer uploader build onsite.

Thank you for your feedback. Excess video for any account holder can be worked out in a couple of different options. Please contact our support team for this information.
We try our best to be upfront with information if something on our website isn't very clear. Please don't ever hesitate to ask us to clarify something.
There are costs and considerations to be taken into accounts with very excessive video but we'd be glad to work with any member further.

Great questions! If your videos are all set as protected, this is a contacts only view. No one else can really see your video *unless* you share via email and that share email is passed around to anyone else.
Unfortunately, it's not always in your control who forwards an email so we advise that you only share emails with those you trust.
Your best bet may be to share your profile page with your contacts - http://www.motionbox.com/profiles/[us... - this way when they are signed in to their accounts and you are contacts, they can always have access to your videos.

We also sent a reply email from our support address with more detail since you have written there as well.
Your credit card billing addresses are all inconsistent so we urge you to closely input your billing address. It's unclear which country or state your address is and this may be the reason for the address verification issues.
We do hope to have you as a PRO member very soon.
